Zac Efron Poses for a Denim Campaign, Goes Yachting With Roberto Cavalli

Love him or hate him, there's one thing you can't deny about High School Musical heartthrob Zac Efron: the boy is damn pretty. As such, we figured it was only a matter of time until the 24-year-old landed a fashion campaign—and he's finally done so with his new ads for John John Denim. Never heard of the brand? Neither had we. The images, which you can click through below, see Zac brooding and posing his way through a dimly lit Los Angeles parking garage, occasionally with a lady friend on his (seriously buff) arm. And while we won't argue that Zac's a good get for the under-the-radar jeans label, we have to ask: do you buy the perfectly-bronzed boy who once sang his way through basketball practice as a James Dean-type badass?

As it turns out, Zac's foray into fashion advertising might be just one step in a larger plan to gain some style cred. Roberto Cavalli just blogged about the actor's recent stay on his yacht, and claimed that the two of them are "constantly exchanging text messages," and "have formed a friendship, based on mutual respect, which is destined to last a long time!" Perhaps the stars who tan together, stay together.
