NYFW Spring 2013: Day 4 Wrap-Up

Everything we heard and saw today that probably doesn't warrant its own story, but you'll still find awfully interesting:

  • Tonight's Tommy Hilfiger show brought out Hailee Steinfeld, who turned up in a perfectly-executed topknot to rival Lauren Conrad's. An Olympian was in attendance, too—sprinter Sanya Richards-Ross—but unfortunately, no Nathan Adrian. Guess his only NYFW stop was at Tommy's menswear show. Sigh. - Elana
  • DKNY gave out amazing cookies, which were a collaboration between FEED, Karlie Kloss and Momofuku Milk Bar. Not only were they delicious, but also GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE! (I am both.) This made my day, as I couldn't eat the Milk Bar cookie from the Boy by Band of Outsiders show. Oh—and thanks to FEED Projects, each Perfect 10 Kookie (as they're called) will provide 10 school meals to hungry children around the world. I love it! - Lauren
  • Naomi Campbell opened Zac Posen. It was fierce, but not in a phone-throwing way. - Natalie
  • I loved the frozen treats from the Van Leeuwen truck at Orla Kiely—I had some delicious tangerine sorbet. (SO glad I asked if they had a dairy free option!) I also liked the shop-class-goggle-esque eyewear at Tracy Reese's show. - Alison
