Rebecca Minkoff's Top Ten Wardrobe Essentials

As the mastermind behind those wildly popular "Morning After" bags (aimed to make the walk of shame much less shameful) we'd hazard to call Rebecca Minkoff a trendsetter. But, that doesn't mean the she doesn't appreciate a good basic.
While recently filling us in on her first ever jewelry collection—which hit select boutiques and Bloomingdales today—she told us what every women needs in her closet. And, instead of touting python printed overalls and bell bottoms with embroidery, her choices was pretty conservative. She mentioned things like LBDs, white T-shirts and flat boots.
Her advice is not only solid, but shrewd. Because, great classics (like all the items she handpicks below) last forever and ultimately save lots of money. Which just means more cash for the fun stuff—like all the amazing necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings she just debuted. And every wardrobe kind of needs those, too.
