This outfit wraps together every reason I'm glad that Alexa Chung won the British Style Award three years in an row and ties it—quite literally—with a neat little bow. The dress and pumps are Valentino (she was at the launch party for an exhibit in his Mr. Garavani's honor, "Valentino Master of Couture"), the bag is Anya Hindmarch and look is destined for my closet.
