Pretty Little Liars' Torrey DeVitto Shares Her Beauty and Style Tips

All those gorgeous Pretty Little Liars have us asking, what the heck is in the city of Rosewood’s water?

And while we love the four leading ladies, we wanted to get to know Spencer’s older sister Melissa a little better. Played by Torrey DeVitto (also Dr. Meredith Fell on the CW’s Vampire Diaries,), Melissa’s character is as beautiful as she is conniving—which fans of the show know is practically a requirement.
