This Week I Want to Look Like: Lindsay Weir

Clearly, I’m reverting. Last week, I wanted to look like wacky/sexy Twin Peaks schoolgirl Audrey Horn. This week, I’m all about another teen icon: William McKinley High School junior Lindsay Weir. As the sweet, super-smart chick who hangs out with slackers on the cult-favorite, single-season show Freaks and Geeks, Lindsay ditches class, discovers the Grateful Dead and crushes hard on James Franco. And she does it all in her father’s awesome oversized army jacket, which she usually layers over slouchy jeans and tomboyish striped tops. She’s the good girl doing the burn-out thing, and her look—rebellious in an apathetic '80s teenager kind of way—is seriously the coolest.

Scroll down to copy Lindsay’s style—and, if you haven’t already, watch the single golden season of Freaks and Geeks. Like, now.
