WATCH: Miranda Kerr Gives Us '90s Flashbacks In Iconic Chanel Bikini
Before Miley Cyrus made Halloween headlines for a certain nipple pasty à la Lil' Kim, there was a similar Chanel number that was a little more haute couture.
Originally worn by supermodel Stella Tennant during the luxury fashion house's 1996 runway show, the legendary "bikini" featured Chanel's double C's alongside lots and lots of skin. With the '90s having returned in full swing, it seems only fitting that present-day supermodel Miranda Kerr would be the one to bring back the bikini top. In i-D Magazine's latest video, the former Mrs. Bloom rocks the look with a similarly logo-emblazoned Chanel visor and nail art—for all of four seconds.
The model-heavy video opens with Carolyn Murphy in a baby pink, vintage Armani slip-dress, and also features Georgia May Jagger in Liz Hurley's iconic, safety-pinned Versace dress—so iconic, in fact, that it has its own Wikipedia page.
