The No-Fail Smoky Eye

Easier than it looks—and truly, there's no quicker way to say "evening."
1. Sweep a base shadow over your lids; this can be a neutral color or something darker, depending.
2. Trace your upper lashline from the innermost part of the eye with dark pencil; smudge with fingers.
3. Go over the line you just made with dark powder shadow, using a brush or sponge; blend out over lid.
4. Dust highlighter or a shimmery, lighter shade of shadow just under your brow.
