Eating a blood orange—or better, to my mind, drinking blood orange juice—makes me feel like an Italian countess and very healthy all at the same time.
By healthy I mean a bracing, wide-awake sort of energy.
Part of the glamour of the blood orange, sadly, is its time-of-year-specific exclusivity; now, though, the blood orange can be bathed in year-round. This enormous, affordable, gorgeous body wash (there are accompanying lotions and creams and even a solid scent, but forced to choose, I opt to bathe) has no phthalates, no parabens, no nothing, yet manages to smell so great that, as with the genuine article, I feel very contessa, one in extremely good health.
