I wear dresses pretty much every day, but I love layering. I'm not opposed to a dress with a shirt under it, as well as a sweater and a scarf. I also love bracelets, and I have a tiny gold pinkie ring that I have worn for about five years.

Amazon.com (I am obsessed with buying used books—I do it several times a week), target.com, drugstore.com. Shopping on the Web is so efficient.

Bird in Park Slope, Brooklyn, is not only my favorite shop in my neighborhood but one of my favorite shops in NYC.
