Make Room for Fashion: Retro Aprons

It’s all over now. Santa came and went. Carefully wrapped presents were shredded and squeals of delighted children are a mere memory. Holiday guests have headed home and already the Christmas tree is dropping its pine needles all over your floor. But wait, it’s your turn to host a New Year’s Eve dinner and in all the craziness you haven’t even thought about what to wear.

Don’t worry I’ve done the leg work. According to New York-based stylist Amanda Sanders, when you’re hosting a dinner, a Mad Men inspired retro apron worn over a dress with heels, hair up and red lipstick is a fun and festive way to go. I couldn’t agree more.
