Are leather backpacks weird? I'm deciding not.
So I was in L.A. last week and was invited to go horseback riding (of all things, I know) and I wanted to bring my camera, wallet, phone, and maybe even some lip gloss, but my purse would not cooperate (it's just weird to be riding a horse with a shoulder bag, let's be honest).
Then I was thinking about all the times where it would've been helpful to have some kind of arms-free bag: bike riding, airports, the subway, walking around foreign cities, grocery shopping on really low shelves, etc. And—not that this is even an option—a fanny pack is just not enough space for all my walking-around needs. Then I remembered the most useful of all my childhood accessories: my backpack. What if I could find one that was really stylish? In leather maybe, a little beaten up, and vintage? Of course eBay has just the thing. Check out this and this and this and this and this cool woven black one that I actually just bought for less than five bucks.

I know exactly how you feel i have been looking for the very same type of backpack(s), hands free for me, at all times i need to be able to multi-task!
if only i could find one that matches my bowling shoes...
Er, I'm deciding yes.
