"I like a white shirt," says market director Anne Keane, who estimates that she has 15 or 20 variations hanging in her closet (we've seen them all, and each one is as distinctly cool—but different—than the next). She's currently obsessed with this tunic-length smock by Alice Ritter: "It's way more feminine than a traditional button-down oxford, but still just as crisp," notes Anne, who suggests pairing it with grey stovepipe jeans or adding a skinny low slung belt.
