Hope's Most Wanted
The weather's been consistently awful here in New York, but somehow it's propelling all of us in the office to shop even more than usual, particularly (and paradoxically) for cute warm weather pieces. Our fashion director, Hope Greenberg, has already zeroed in on the perfect girly-but-tough springtime dress by Daryl K: the Charlotte, a crisp khaki shift with a sporty drawstring waist offset by sweetly feminine capped sleeves.

You are so right. I've been looking for something exactly like this because it has enough girly touches to counteract the boyish feel. This is important for us short haired girls. This dress will actually work great with the spring warmth we are getting here in L.A.
