Sugar and Spice
Vosges, a Chicago-based company known for luxurious chocolates in weird-but-delicious flavor combinations (like my personal longstanding favorite, the Naga, a truffle dusted with curry powder), has just introduced the most super-deluxe peanut butter cup ever. That all the ingredients are the fanciest and creamiest is a given, but the unexpected surprise is that it's topped with a little bit of pink Himalayan salt and some kind of rare Fleur de Sel that's the perfect, savory counterpoint to the smooth, sweet (but not too sweet) peanut butter.
