Cheap Chic
In an era of $200-plus jeans, it's all too rare to come across truly great options in the double-digit price range. Last weekend at the Levi's store senior market editor Lynette Pone stumbled on—and immediately fell in love with—their 531 style, which she was amazed to find rang in at only $58. "The fit couldn't be better," she says. "They're slim but not too tapered or too tight." Do as she did and opt for the Suzy wash, a clean, sophisticated, goes-with-anything indigo.

I've always loved Levi's for fit, but I think I may have found an even better, even cheaper pant that fits like a glove. Went to Old Navy yesterday and came out with two pairs of Lowest Rise Skinny Stretch twills. I'm not one to buy skinny OR lowest rise, but the fit was amazing. And it cost $24.50 per pair.
