For almost 30 years, this spot hasn't wavered in its mission to sell feminine, fairly priced clothing and accessories to an appreciative El Paso clientele. Just as offbeat as the bright Samantha Treacy and Nanette Lepore garments on offer is the anything-goes (yet somehow cohesive) interior, complete with upholstered walls, a metallic leather couch, and hand-stenciled floors.
