Helmed by two Limited Brands veterans (the company is headquartered in Columbus, which is one of the reasons the city's boutique scene is so vibrant), Collier West feels like a glamorous take on a 19th-century general store. Fornasetti plates line the walls, bramble-inspired chandeliers dangle from the ceiling, and display cases are packed with flea-market finds and jewelry.
