São Paulo–born sisters Keila and Juliana Mesquita stocked K-la with Havaianas flip-flops before they hit the mainstream, and they've been just as prescient with other Brazilian designers, introducing sexy lines like Zoomp, M B Extra, and Iodice to the States. The sisters have also launched their own line of strappy stilettos and affordable separates, all inspired by Brazil.
