Bloom
When college friends Bouna Choe and Julie Flynn opened this bare-bones loft space in the town of Alpharetta in 2004, customers kept dropping hints about where they could buy some carpeting to cover up the concrete floors. But a pared-down, industrial vibe isn't the only thing they lured to the suburbs; they have a deep selection of labels like 3.1 Phillip Lim, Clu, and Nicholas K, which are surprisingly difficult to find in Atlanta proper.

T.
A longtime Lucky favorite, this suburban outlier consistently beats more well-trafficked, centrally located spots in scooping up lines not found elsewhere. Even though local retail legend Teresa Hebert sold the store late last year, she's still in charge of choosing the merchandise, which includes picks from designers like Tucker and Geren Ford.
