Chicago transplant and former interior designer Nikki Salk buys only what she is dying to wear, which means that shopping at this brand-new spot feels like you're picking through her exceedingly stylish closet. She has great, if slightly idiosyncratic, taste, smartly mixing leopard-print Pollini blouses, electric blue minidresses with rhinestone-studded buttons from Doucette Duvall, and rockerish waxed black Notify jeans all on the same rack.

The Blue Corset Co.
A graphic black-and-white palette, art deco–wallpapered fitting rooms, and baroque chairs lend the mood of a dark, hidden boudoir to this just-launched boutique. The emphasis is on high-end lingerie from designers like Marlies Dekkers and Leigh Bantivoglio, all arranged in an agreeably spare fashion.

Deka
Even though it's officially about workout wear, this octagon-shaped store, owned by Jim Whitlow, a 15-year veteran of Jeffrey Atlanta (he was actually Jeffrey Kalinsky's first hire, in 1990), stocks pieces that almost work better outside of the gym. Adidas by Stella McCartney track jackets, Converse by John Varvatos' line of sequin-studded tanks, Rudolf Dassler for Puma polos, and well-cut black pants from Y-3 are bestsellers.

Dora Rae
Thanks to its highly unlikely setting in an alpine-lodge-themed strip mall (it looks as if it's straight from The Shining), stumbling across this accessories-heavy shop makes you feel like an insider. Slouchy leather totes from Hayden-Harnett inset with beehive patterns, coral-studded gold lace earrings, and patent evening bags topped with handles shaped like oversize safety pins are lovingly displayed on rattan chairs and mirrored tables.

Entebello
Offering up more than 90 beauty lines, this year-old apothecary fronts a full-service spa. Aside from serious skincare products by Sonya Dakar and Nuxe, Entebello stocks almost-too-pretty-to-use treats, like gorgeous Mor lotions and perfumes packaged in glass vials covered with origami paper.

Jeffrey Atlanta
Jeffrey Kalinsky's original location is still as forward-thinking and excellent as it was when it debuted 18 years ago. Lush lines like Dries Van Noten occupy one half of the store, while a peerless shoe department commandeers the rest. Jeffrey wields enough power to score exclusive designs, including Manolo Blahniks in shades not available anywhere else, old-school Sperry Top-Siders molded into patent leather wedges, and Pierre Hardy high-tops.

Lush Life Home & Garden
Part flower store, part curiosity shop, this itsy jam-packed cottage brims with stunning natural objects—geodes that double as bookends, pint-size bonsai trees, and serving bowls carved from onyx. A washed-wood bookshelf, which literally sags under the weight of hundreds of Diptyque candles, takes up an entire wall.

Pieces
Interior decorator Lee Kleinhelter's shop, which takes a deep bow to all things Palm Springs, is arranged into living-room-like, color-coordinated vignettes. She has a knack for refurbishing vintage furniture (there are sleek chests and fan-backed chairs that she's accented with gray cushions) and then finding sophisticated accessories to fill out the space, like Hervé Gambs candles, Hable Construction totes, and throw pillows in intricate ikats.

Sabot
Hitting a range of prices, this minimalist Buckhead Village shop's selection (handpicked by the owners, a mother-daughter team) includes only a few iterations from each designer. That means each shoe feels like it's special and specific: Fancy gold Loeffler Randall flats sit on the burnished concrete floor next to woven sandals by Coclico.

Victoria's Red Carpet
Wallpapered with red brocade fabric and lit by a Murano glass chandelier, this splinter of a shop is solely devoted to shoes from Spain (Belen Doñate, Lurueña, Paco Gil). There are only three or four pairs of each style—from black-and-white-striped stilettos to royal blue flats—all of which are found by Victoria Paton Pascual on the quarterly scouting trips she takes to her native country.
