Amazing when it comes to supporting local talent, Seaplane carries clothing and accessories from more than 40 Portland-based designers. We were especially taken with Leanimal's soft, ballet-hued bubble-hemmed dresses and Kate Towers' handstitched tees with ruffles at the neckline.
