Pretty Little Liars Season 3, Episode 21: Fashion Face-Off

The drama continues in Rosewood. In case you missed last Tuesday's episode, a whole lot of crazy went down (per usual).

But don't worry—we would never spoil the fun for you. Instead, we're here for our weekly PLL Fashion Face-Off, where we weigh in on the style choices of our favorite small-screen quartet: Aria, Spencer, Emily and Hanna.

Last week's episode, "Out of Sight, Out of Mind," was packed with great looks, so it was hard to pick a winner. Click through the slideshow and tell us if you agree with our choice!

And don't forget to watch the next episode on Tuesday at 8 pm EST.

Emily's Look

Pros: Her maroon pants are a refreshing change from the cobalt blue she's been wearing in recent episodes, but they still seem totally Emily. We love a girl with a true sense of personal style.

Cons: Lighten up! The dark blue denim jacket, maroon pants and black boots feel a bit somber worn together.

Hanna's Look

Pros: Hanna totally pulls off this bright orange manicure-and-skirt combo, and we like that lacy black top. Plus, she nails it in the accessories department. The jewel-studded belt is eye-catching and saves the shirt from looking sloppy.

Cons:  She's already got the sparkly belt and doesn't really need a necklace too, especially with a shirt this detailed. This outfit is bordering on matronly and the skirt is not the most flattering from behind. The verdict: too much fabric!

Aria's Look

Pros: The studs on the ankles of Aria's jeans are so fun and add a chic, unexpected twist. Also, teal is totally Aria's color. Don't you agree?

Cons:
While totally classroom-appropriate, the skulls-and-studs ensemble is a little "teenage mall" for our tastes.

Spencer's Look

Pros: Despite what the sad, pensive expression on her face is telling you, Spencer is probably super-comfy and cozy in this outfit. We love a nice knit sweater.

Cons: Eh. Not much to see here, folks. A couple of accessories (a simple necklace or a bright belt) could have easily added interest to this look. As is, it falls a little flat.

The Winner Is: Emily!

Why: We've always admired Emily for her laid-back style and, once again, she's won our face-off by keeping things simple and sharp. The crisp, clean look works on her, proving that less is often more when it comes to an outfit.
