Game of Thrones Style: Joffrey Hates Flowers

In typical fashion, Game of Thrones is laying the groundwork for the rest of the season early. Last night, we didn't even get to see the Khaleesi and her dragons, but we did get to see Joffrey throw yet another hissy fit. Although this time, instead of abusing some of King's Landing's best prostitutes, he went after his tailor. Can you imagine being the tailor to the Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm? The stress, man.

While having a fitting for his robes, Joffrey was shown a floral pattern and promptly freaked out because flowers are for girls, not kings. We've seen this behavior before when he redid the great hall of the Red Keep and stripped the columns of their carved vines. He orders his tailor to get new fabrics, claiming everything he's brought is wrong, just plain wrong. He returns with deep reds and a more "leafy" print to earn Joffrey's approval.

Later, whilst speaking with his future Queen, he shows off his favorite new accessory: a crossbow. It's top-of-the-line and all the rage in King's Landing, capable of killing pretty much anything at lightning speed. We were really into the ornate metalwork and although we don't condone weaponry, it was pretty badass. For his stern handling of fashion design and keen eye for murderous accessories, we award him this week's Iron Throne.

But, we still hate him.

"I feel pretty, oh so pretty."
