"The things you buy in multiples are things you shouldn't feel sorry about spending money on. For me, that includes the Prada sunglasses from Spring/Summer 2013 with the flower appliqué—one pair that I bought full price, the second from one of the outlets I go to twice a year. I have a sales girl there who contacted me after they got a shipment, and I bought [a second pair] immediately. Now I have them in black and in white." - Eva Chen, editor-in-chief
"Valentino Rockstuds! They're the most comfortable shoes on the planet! I could basically jog the New York City marathon in them; they're fantastic. I have them in black patent leather and nude." - Eva Chen, editor-in-chief
"The moisturizer I've been using for over a decade: Olay Regenerist. It's my favorite because it's fragrance free. It's the final thing I put on after using tons of skincare products, so the last thing I want is more fragrance." - Eva Chen, editor-in-chief
"I am obsessed with Sharpies and Post-Its, to the point that I consider myself a collector. Whenever I see a new color or style, I have to have it—and not just one! I usually get two in case one goes missing!" - Lisa Goldstein, fashion market assistant
"I love giving this as a little housewarming gift!  It is the definition of useful and fits in a kitchen drawer." - Anne Keane, fashion director
"I keep everything in these slim pouches (ok, eyeglass cases)." - Anne Keane, fashion director
"Lipstick! I hate having to fish through my bag for work or my clutch from the night before to find my favorite shade of red—especially since I'm probably already running late. So I just buy multiples and make sure to keep one in my bathroom and in my most used purses. You never know when you're going to need it!" - Hillary McDaniels, production assistant
"I've spent the last few years on a frantic hunt for the best bralette out there—I hate underwire bras, and as a relatively flat-chested girl, I don't exactly need 'em—and after purchasing a version from Victoria's Secret PINK in soft and delicate (but still sturdy!) lace, I immediately snatched up four more. They've got a longline silhouette that's just so flattering, and miraculously manage to offer both support and a little lift. For a bra with no padding, wires or fancy gimmicks, that's a major feat indeed. Oh, and did I mention they're only $24.50 a pop and come in a racerback style, too?!" - Elana Fishman, senior digital editor
"I've sung their praises on at least three separate occasions on this site, but Bloch's ballet flats are really and truly the best ones on the market. They require absolutely zero break-in time—they're crazy soft straight out of the box—but are still structured enough to hold up on the mean streets of NYC. I've owned no less than four different pairs (mostly of the cap-toed, patent leather variety) over the last couple of years, and my addiction's showing no signs of letting up anytime soon." - Elana Fishman, senior digital editor
"La Prairie and Sunday Riley products! I stockpile them in my fridge like a total hoarder weirdo…with great skin." - Laurel Pantin, market editor
"I bought one of J. Crew's perfect-fit tees and learned it really has the perfect fit. I went back and bought two blacks, two whites and an array of colors." - Alexis Bryan Morgan, executive fashion director
"Baggu! My Baggu obsession has been fairly well documented, but they really are life-saving. When I see a print I like, I buy a few — I can easily tuck them into my bag, and I've whipped one out on more than one occasion when someone is having a bad day and needs a pick-me-up present." - Jayna Maleri, senior fashion writer
"So I buy basically everything in bulk, I just realized. Like Diptique Baies candles—hardly original but totally useful. They're perfect hostess gifts, and I like to burn them year-round. I also will buy T-shirts in bulk when I find ones I like. The last ones I did that with were J.Crew boyfriend tissue tees: eight of them, sadly discontinued. NARS matte lip pencil: I have five of those. J Brand jeans: eight pairs! I even buy for my baby in bulk. He has multiples of the same onesies and pants in varying sizes (in my defense, boys' clothes aren't that cute, so when you find something it's best to stock up!). I can go on and on. I'm very much a brand loyalist!" - Julia Kalachnikoff, accessories director
"I love, love, love this moisturizer. I first discovered it two years ago and it is the only moisturizer that really controls my oily skin without breaking me out. It also has SPF in it, which as we all know is so important. I freak out (and my skin freaks out) if I run out of it, so I always buy two or three at a time to make sure I'm set." - Stephanie Kornblum, public relations coordinator
"I always buy my favorite mascara (Maybelline's The Falsies Volum' Express) and lip balm (Fresh's Sugar Tinted Lip Treatment in any shade) in multiples, because I always worry about them being discontinued!" - Olivia Ford, jewelry assistant
"First I had these J.Crew pants in black. But then I needed them in gray. And also purple. The fabric stays crisp throughout the day and the ankle length is very flattering. I'm definitely going back for another pair very soon." - Karen Wilson, senior digital producer
"I actually do this a lot, because I have absolutely no qualms about wearing the same thing a couple days in a row, especially if I love it! But the two items I just can't get enough of are J.Crew men's V-neck merino sweaters and my cream Converse Chuck Taylor high-tops. I must own at least seven of those J.Crew sweaters. They're the perfect cut—ever-so-slightly oversized if you buy them a size or two down from your traditional "lady" size (I'm a medium in women's; I buy a men's small)—and just the right thickness for layering—with skinnies, for that classic-cool, slightly slouchy look, or over a dress and under a leather jacket in the fall. Some day, I fully plan on wearing my camel one Jenna Lyons-style—with a silk, candy-colored ball skirt. (Bonus tip: they go on sale at least once a month!)
As for the Converse, I live in them—and I wear them to death. So I like to have a fresh pair on standby for that inevitable morning when my current pair just gives up." - Verena von Pfetten, executive digital editor
