Last Thursday night marked (or should we say, Marc'd) the end of New York Fashion Week, and over the eight or so days prior, we saw a number of noteworthy trends emerge. Some designers dove headlong into the '90s with shout-out-loud logos and thoroughly retro overalls, while others embraced the current "ugly shoe" craze with open arms and, um, outstretched socks. But not every trend was so divisive; full-of-movement fringe and easy, breezy athletic-inspired looks were also spotted on many a catwalk.
