Nordstrom's New Pop-In Shop Will Delight Francophiles And Fashionphiles Alike

Senior Digital Editor

When we first learned back at the beginning of 2013 that Nordstrom had tapped Olivia Kim (formerly Opening Ceremony's vice president of creative) as its new director of creative projects, we knew big things were in store—literally. Her first project for the retailer, the Pop-In @Nordstrom series, just debuted with a French Fling theme—and features tons of exclusive merch you won't find anywhere else (nope, not even in Paris).

For the first of many monthlong shop-in-shops she has in the works, Kim commissioned special-edition products from some of her favorite Gallic brands, like A.P.C., Diptyque, Maje and Merci—plus goodies from a few non-French labels like Proenza Schouler and Warby Parker, too. And the best part? While it's certainly worth visiting one of the eight brick-and-mortar Pop-Ins scattered across the country (all designed by Rafael de Cárdenas of Rafael de Cárdenas/ARCHITECTURE AT LARGE), those unable to make the trip can still shop the exclusive inventory online. Click through above for our 10 French-themed favorites from the lineup, then head to Nordstrom.com to peruse everything (and check out a list of in-store Pop-In locations).
