1. 3.1 Phillip Lim's I Heart Neuva York T-Shirt

The unofficial uniform of fashion week last September, this top might be more popular than its tourist tee inspiration. No two girls seem to wear it the same way: we've seen it paired with everything from slouchy boyfriend jeans to fancy skirts to leather leggings.

2. Superga Sneakers

When the Olsen twins, Alexa Chung and the Man Repeller endorse the same kind of sneaker, you'd better believe every fashion-minded girl in the universe will want a pair, too. Ever since this brand began working with It girls, its colorful canvas kicks have been selling faster than turkeys before Thanksgiving. We've spotted countless pairs wandering around downtown Manhattan this year.

3. The Zara Skort

Practical both in design (just the right blend of skirt-pretty and shorts-comfortable) and price (can't beat $49.90!), neither models, celebrities nor bloggers could resist this fast fashion gem. Every day last summer included at least one skort spotting—in the office and on the street.

4. Mansur Gavriel Bucket Bags

Here's a Cinderella story for you: when this indie label launched in a select few stores last summer, its debut collection sold out within a month. Although the line's been picked up by some pretty major retailers (Net-a-Porter and Barneys, anyone?) since, not one can keep the brand's signature bucket bag style in stock.

7. Birkenstocks

While Birks have been around for years, the simple slide sandals haven't had a fashion moment like this in well over a decade. To keep the flat two-strap style from looking too hippie-dippie, make like an Olsen twin and pair yours with something minimalist and sleek.

8. The Madewell Transport Tote

Between its roomy fit and buttery-soft leather, there's no wonder why this classic leather carryall was on everyone's arm this year. We're betting it will be in 2014, too.

9. Isabel Marant x H&M Beaded Jacket

Based on a similar, more expensive style from Isabel Marant's main label, this beaded jacket from the designer's H&M collaboration proved more popular than the original. Not only was it one of the first items to sell out when the collection hit stores, but plenty of people are still buying marked-up versions on eBay.

10. Isabel Marant's Carol Sandals

It's no surprise that the same woman who made wedge sneakers and cowboy booties a thing created the most popular sandal of 2013. While there's still plenty of other footwear from last summer floating around the internet on sale, the only place you'll find this gladiator style is on eBay (and it's not marked down).
