Jennifer Lopez Pays Homage To That Grammys Dress In Her New Music Video

Try and fight me on this: Jennifer Lopez's totally still got it. Back in the good ol' days before she was an American Idol judge and she starred opposite then-boyfriend Ben Affleck in Gigli (#Bennifer), she maintained a swaggy nickname: Jenny from the Block.

Jenny from the Block, the entity, turned heads in a number of dazzling red carpet looks, but none compared to her 2000 Grammy Awards number—which, naturally, has its own Wikipedia page.

The navel-grazing Versace dress drew attention to J. Lo's fully exposed torso for, well, obvious reasons—but it hasn't exactly see the light of day since. For the new video for J. Lo's latest single "I Luh Ya Papi," she recreated the look in way that's slightly more 2014-appropriate while still remaining true to the original piece's plunging neckline and tropical prints: it's a jumpsuit by Versus Versace. It's also worth noting that her hairstyle remains more or less the same in both versions. Time machine, perhaps?

To see the silk jumpsuit in action and to see three additional iterations of J. Lo's past style signatures, watch the full video below:
