"For me, that purchase is in past tense—I've already bought two new Joseph Altuzarra skirts which have really pretty ruching and a fairly scandalous slit up one side. I'm still puzzled as to how I'll wear it without it looking like Studio 54, but I think it's going to be a new silhouette for me this spring. I'm very excited; they should be arriving any day now."—Eva Chen, editor-in-chief

"Over-organized as I am, I am ready to step out in a good look with a hair-free leg on the very first nice day. Beauty first: After these brutal winter months, it's all about perfecting your skin, whether at home or by a trusted facialist. I love a dewy and very clean makeup-free look, so I focus on adding a subtle sheen with:

1. Rosemarie Swift's RMS Living Luminizer.

2. NARS' Matte Multiple in Anguilla, which adds a bit of color.

3. Michael Gordon, the founder of Bumble and Bumble, sent me this new product, Purely Perfect Cleansing Cream, and all I can say is that it is the very best hair product I have ever used. My hair looks so shiny and healthy and feels so good, it has become an accessory on its own. No kidding.

4. I am also currently cheating on my signature fragrance and am generously over-using Asprey Purple Water. It tricks my mind into thinking it's nice and airy out.

Now on to the real deal:

5. First comes a new must-have, and just pretend that you heard it here first: bucket hats are trending so hard. They protect your face from the sun, and I also like how they flatten my naturally overly voluminous hair and make a nice "small head." My favorite is this one in denim from Huf.

6. It might have to be this top from my new obsession, the super-cool new line Trademark. I am a such a sucker for a cool simple graphic top. I love windowpane. I love white and blue.

7. All I can say is that if you enjoy friendly, admiring conversations with strangers, you will need one of these."

Katie Kuethe, creative director

1. "I wear black patent shoes religiously. I love the sexiness of these and they are so comfortable—I can walk 20 blocks to work if I feel like it."

2. "Doing school pick-up in these feels a bit like a stock picture of 'working mom,' which is why I try to change into a New Balance 574."

3. "As I said, my tomboy side is so on the rise. If I don't end up in full drag by end of the year 2014, it will be a real miracle. I was thinking of buying a small size of this navy cotton suit."

4. "Wouldn't it be cute with this chambray shirt from Madewell?"

5. "I always love a chic, sleek black pant, and I have gotten so into neoprene everything this year, that the best thing to me seems like these very hot cigarette pants."

Katie Kuethe, creative director

"I am obsessed with all things tropical this season and next on my list are these sneakers!" —Anne Keane, fashion director

1. "This is the dress my one-outfit-for-everything dreams are made of."

2. "I've been nattering on in the office for months about how I want a pair of overalls, but the truth is: they're not the easiest garment to pull off. Sleek, black and gold hardware-embellished, this pair from Frame Denim is the answer to all my overall worries."

3. "I absolutely adore British designer Sophie Hulme and her clean-but-playful aesthetic. This orange bag is the perfect accent to the rest of my largely monochromatic spring wishlist."

4. "And if I'm extra good, I fully plan on treating myself to one of her buggy-eyed mink-tufted bag charms."

5. "I'm neckerchief-obsessed and can't get enough of this rich color combo. Paired with those black overalls and a slouchy white v-neck? Swoon."

6. "Most of my more forward-thinking co-workers have been wearing Birkenstocks since last spring, but I'm ready to jump on the bandwagon. A crisp white set will go swimmingly with, well, everything."

Verena von Pfetten, executive digital editor

1. "I'm dying for these Toga Pulla boots! I've wanted them forever and I think it's finally time to pull the trigger."

2. "Also at the very top of my wish list is this blush Chloé dress. Wearing it would be heaven."

Laurel Pantin, market editor

1. "Nothing says spring like a crisp white shirtdress. I can never own too many!"

2. "Sneakers are one of this season's top trends—but since I'm always in dresses or skirts, it's tough to find pairs that feel feminine enough to jive with the rest of my style. I love these Vans because they're slip-ons—just like the ballet flats and smoking slippers I wear pretty much every day—and the metallic finish feels a bit more formal in a way that's still totally unstuffy."

3. "One of my absolute favorite cities, immortalized on a crazy-cool muscle tee. Obviously, I need this."

4. "After seeing them all over the spring runways, I'm jonesing for some polished, '90s-style mules. With my luck (er, klutziness), I'm pretty sure I'd literally walk right out of a pair with really high heels, but this mid-heel style feels far more walkable."

5. "I love pretty much anything with stripes on it—tees, sundresses, heels, kittens—but recently realized I don't yet own a striped bag. This cute little crossbody should solve that problem nicely."

6. "Little lace shorts that look and feel like a skirt? Sign me up."

Elana Fishman, senior digital editor

"I have been wanting these Laurence Dacade heeled sandals since the moment I saw them in their spring lookbook—they have such a unique, downtown-cool feel. Plus, they look super-comfortable with their block heel and multiple straps." —Melissa Karl, associate accessories editor

1. "I'm craving a lot of accessories this spring, like these hoop earrings from the new line Trademark (actually, I want everything they make)."

2. "This Elizabeth and James sling bag is also on my mind. I've given my credit card advance notice that these purchases will be happening any day now."

Maura Lynch, senior beauty editor

1. "I kind of want everything in Sea's spring collection, but I know I'll get serious mileage out of this super-pretty white eyelet dress. It's the ultimate throw-on-and-go piece."

2. "I'm going to think of these as a version of my Adidas shower sandals I can actually wear out to dinner."

3. "I knew I had to have this from the moment I saw it on Erin Wasson in the brand's spring catalogue. It's so slouchy and effortless. I'll wear it with boyish trousers to the office and under overalls/with cutoffs/over bathing suits on summer weekends."

Jenna Gottlieb, senior fashion writer

1. "I love everything Ilana Kohn does, and am so, so excited for her Spring 2014 collection. This dress in particular just looks so effortlessly lovely and springy, it would be perfect on its own or with a slouchy cardigan. I'm finding that I'm drawn to cool shades and girly silhouettes lately—probably because my hair is currently very short and very platinum blonde—so this is sort of my ideal spring dress."

2. "I'm always on the lookout for a crazy-chic flat, and I have a thing against ballet slippers (they're never comfy for me), so these Emerson Fry slides are a definite contender for my number one spring shoe of choice. I love the fact that they sort of look like house slippers, but they're cobra-embossed, which makes them instantly a million times fancier. Jenna (our other senior fashion writer) is obsessed with them as well, so I think we'll be shoe twins this spring!"

3. "I've been searching for the perfect crossbody bag forever, and I think I might have found it in this Lark and Wolff bag. It's super-simple, just the right size and doesn't cost a fortune!"

Jayna Maleri, senior fashion writer

"In a terribly hypocritical 'do as I say, not as I do' way, I am always warning people to buy new season stuff before it sells out while I wait around until the very last second in hopes of a sale. This year, however, because I am so excited for this awful winter to end, I've actually purchased a few things in anticipation for that first wonderfully warm day I can go outside with bare legs. Here's what's waiting in my closet right now:

1. Because everything I want to wear lately is white, a vintage white Coach bag that won't clash with all my snow-colored outfits.

2. Nude sandals with a chunky wooden heel that you could sneak into a Chloé runway show and nobody would know the difference. Can you believe they only cost $99.98 (actually, $59.98 for me, because it was my first ShoeMint order and new members get $40 off their initial purchase)?!?

3. The perfect white shirtdress from the geniuses at Acne.

4. A pair of slim-fit boyfriend jeans I actually have gotten a few chances to wear this month with booties and sweaters. Once it warms up, though, I can't wait to try them with lace-up sandal pumps and a thin white T-shirt.

5. Another shirtdress in pink, which is not normally my color but I feel this particular dusty rose shade can look really cool and grungy if I wear it with suede booties and a bomber jacket."

Alison Syrett Cleary, associate digital editor

1. "First up is the the ideal crisp shirtdress! It sounds so simple, but the task of the finding the perfect one is different for everyone. I keep dreaming of a 3/4-length sleeve and a traditional shirt collar that falls straight down, just barely above my knee—no pleats or flare for me."

2. "I'm also really into sheer cardigans and sweaters—very ladylike, but with a spring twist. They're perfect for wearing over your crop top, or assuming spring is still coming and summer is to follow, over a bathing suit with your favorite shorts to the beach or laying out in Central Park."

3. "I'm definitely looking forward to shopping for the perfect slit-to-there pencil skirt, but only after a few more spring workouts, of course."

Whitney Feldmann, fashion assistant

"I am coveting these Skullcandy women's headphones that are set to launch April 15. The floral print gets me excited for my days of frolicking in the park, and they are so small that you can just throw them in your bag and go." —Amaris Jones, contributing fashion assistant

1. "If you ask anyone who knows me what my favorite shoes are, they'll immediately say Birkenstocks. My old-school two-strap Arizona sandals have lasted me nearly 10 years (and in true Birkenstock form, they're in excellent shape), but I'm making an investment and purchasing the black patent leather version this season."

2. "My crop top obsession has become fairly extreme as of late, and this mint green number is just the absolute prettiest."

3. "This eyelet dress has been on my mind ever since I first viewed it in Madewell's spring catalog. That length, that silhouette is just so breezy—the perfect dress to wear all over the city once the sun finally comes out to play."

4. "Orange lipstick is the easiest way to give your beauty look some spring in its step! I've found that NARS' lip pencils apply so smoothly, and last for hours without having to reapply."

5. "I've always wanted Ray-Ban aviators, but since my boyfriend wears his nearly all the time, I've never wanted for us to look too matchy-matchy—but I'm done overthinking…and now, I'm prepared for us to match."

6. "I totally missed the boat on that wear-with-everything Zara skort last season, but I'll definitely be getting it in the next couple months and this year, I know I'll wear it everywhere."

Maura Brannigan, digital fashion news writer

1. "My number one warm weather go-to is a white dress, and this mesh Maje number is calling for me to add it to my wardrobe."

2. "One thing on my list is a longer (but not too long!) skirt—the navy and white of this Ann Mashburn one will go with everything and it's perfect for both work and weekends."

3. "Another thing that's always on my shopping list is a cute pair of loafers to replace my winter boots. I'm a sucker for anything with a lobster on it, so these Coach flats are at the top of my list."

Hanna Howard, fashion credits assistant

"This is no hard task for any Lucky editor. I always have shopping on the brain no mater how broke (or rich!) I can be at the moment:

1. I pre-ordered the highly in-demand Mansur Gavriel bucket bag in the classic black/flamma color and I am counting down the days until I get it. We shot it in our February issue, and I can't stop dreaming about how I'm going to wear it with every outfit, all season long.

2. What's better than a fresh pair of cheerful Nike Flyknit Air Maxes for my springtime workouts? Nothing.

3. These Bluetooth earphones are lightweight and wireless (no annoying cord in your way), making them perfect for anything from working out to a leisurely stroll. The sound on the smallest Bluetooth buds on the market is amazing, and the Shift Audio technology ensures that the sound won't skip, despite a high-impact workout. One charge makes these good to go for an entire week and the voice prompts make for easy use.

4. I'm a self-proclaimed runner now after finishing my first half marathon a few weeks ago, and I'm on a mission to keep up my workout regimen. What better way to stay motivated than with the super-cool Samsung Gear Fit? It comes out in April and has a easy-to-use touch screen display which tells you things like how far you've walked, how many calories you've burned, and even your heart rate!

5. Growing up, my grandma taught me how to be resourceful at all times. My fave tip was the use-your-lipstick-as-a-blush trick, and I still use it to this day. Now that YSL came out with a whole bunch of these, I can't wait to try them all!"
