But a week after the Royal Family debuted their new family portrait, we're getting another gratuitous glimpse of Prince George and his adorable chubby cheeks. After a 30-hour plane ride to kick-off the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's three-week Australian tour, Kate Middleton walked off her plane looking unbelievably fresh in a super-prim crimson outfit by Catherine Walker. Featuring a double-breasted pillar box coat and a Gina Foster pillbox hat, we've now seen our first shot of the Duchess' Queen-approved makeover. Note the coat's longer hemline and the platinum silver fern brooch, on loan from the Queen herself.

But this ain't your grandmother's wardrobe overhaul. The hat and coat may be somewhat traditional, of course, but the polished ensemble definitely maintains a youthful ambiance—thanks to that vibrant ruby color, perhaps.

And then there's little baby George, tufted strawberry blonde hair, and all. Le sigh, just how cute is he?
