On My Shopping List: Three winters in New York down, I still can’t seem to process the reality of how cold it really gets here. Someone please intervene! In the meantime, my online shopping carts are full of breezy floral dresses like this one. Will I really wear them in the winter with chunky sweaters and tights? Or am I just in denial?
