The best fit for a short, full skirt

- A slightly snug-fitting waistband will give you shape and balance out the volume of the rest of the skirt.
- Make sure the material has a little movement—anything too stiff can come off as costumey.
- It should hit at the knee or above. If the skirt reaches to the calf, it runs the risk of looking dowdy.
