The best fit for a shrunken blazer

Make sure the shoulder seam sits right at the end of your shoulder blade—if it hangs off your shoulder even a bit, the whole proportion looks wrong.

The hem should either hit at your hip bone or right below it. And it shouldn't end more than half an inch above the waistband of your pants or skirt.
