How-to (Styling)
Turtlenecks and button-down shirts.

Putting it together:
- Start with a straight-cut button-down. It should be tailored but roomy enough to accommodate a thin, snug turtleneck underneath. A classic black-and-white color combination makes the mood French-elegant.
- Tuck both tops into a pencil skirt; one in a heavy fabric like tweed (lined, if possible) will help keep the shirttails in. Round out the look with pointy pumps and a slick leather tote.
