Dr. Rachel Nazarian is a board-certified dermatologist practicing in New York City. She completed her medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine, where she received a grant from the Women’s Dermatology Society. Dr. Nazarian went on to complete her dermatology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she now serves on the faculty in the Department of Dermatology.
Dr. Nazarian has written extensively in medical journals and textbooks on topics related to dermatology, including cosmetic treatments, lasers, injectables, skin cancer, and more. She is a published author in books such as Treatment of Skin Disease and Buka’s Emergencies in Dermatology.
Her expertise spans medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Nazarian practices a full range of dermatologic treatments, including skin cancer screenings, general dermatology, dermatologic surgery, body contouring, and cosmetic procedures such as injectables and lasers.
Dr. Nazarian is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She frequently shares her expertise with consumer media outlets, having been quoted in publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, and The New York Times.
